What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days for unopened or defective products, with the original receipt.
In New York State, cannabis returns are highly restricted and typically only permitted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispensed products. Opened products (except for defective vapes) generally cannot be returned, and all returns usually require original packaging and the receipt.
Key NY Cannabis Return Rules:
- Defective Products Only: Returns are largely limited to manufacturing defects or damaged items.
- Unopened Items: Generally, products must be unopened and in their original packaging, particularly for non-defective, incorrect items.
- Defective Cartridges: Exchanges may be allowed for defective vape cartridges if returned within 3 days with at least 50% of the product remaining.
- No Returns for Preference: Products cannot be returned because you did not like the effects, strain, or taste.
- Recalled Items: If a product is recalled, you can return it to the dispensary.
- Documentation: Always bring the original receipt and packaging.

TAC vs. THC: Key Differences
THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol): Measures only the primary psychoactive compound.
TAC (Total Active Cannabinoids): Measures the total percentage of all active cannabinoids.
Scope: A product with 20% THC might have a 25% TAC, indicating an additional 5% of other beneficial compounds like CBD or CBG.
Why TAC is Important?
Accurate Potency: TAC gives a truer representation of a product’s strength than focusing on THC alone, preventing overestimation of “low THC” products that may be high in other cannabinoids.
