- Defective Products Only: Returns are largely limited to manufacturing defects or damaged items.
- Unopened Items: Generally, products must be unopened and in their original packaging, particularly for non-defective, incorrect items.
- Defective Cartridges: Exchanges may be allowed for defective vape cartridges if returned within 3 days with at least 50% of the product remaining.
- No Returns for Preference: Products cannot be returned because you did not like the effects, strain, or taste.
- Recalled Items: If a product is recalled, you can return it to the dispensary.
- Documentation: Always bring the original receipt and packaging.
